the payment process, you will be taken to a simple form
where you could enter your contact information such as
name, email, phone, IM etc. By using the information you
provide here, we will be contacting you within 1 –
2 days (via email). |

| Q. What is the average turnaround time? |
|
| A: We guarantee that
you will receive your design within 48 hours after collecting
all the requirements from you. |

| Q. What if I am unhappy with the ecover
design? |
|
| A: In this kind of
situation (which is very rare), you could make use of
your free revision credit. If you are still unhappy with
the design, you may purchase additional revisions (which
will vary depending on the purchased package and the volume
and depth of the revisions you require). Finally, if you
are totally unhappy with the deign even after multiple
revisions, we will be donating your money to charity. |

| Q. How do you deliver my finished product? |
|
| A: Once you are ok
with the final design, we will email you the graphics
in ZIP file format. |

| Q. Am I going to have the original .PSD
files? |
|
| A: No, we won’t
provide the source files as it can be resell or distribute
by you or some other party. However we are able to provide
the .PSD files (with limitations) for an additional charge.
